Hello @MyNameGoesHere159! I hope that you are doing well today!

If you haven't already, please try the following instructions.

After the migration, you have to ADD a NEW account, and link it to your Microsoft account. Startup will take longer, but it sure works.

On the login prompt in the java launcher, go back. You'll see the Mojang account you had been signing into - ignore it, and add a new account to the launcher. Using the email address associated with the Microsoft account you just migrated to, sign in with the email address and password of your Microsoft account. It's not an elegant migration on the UX side of things, but it does work.

Hey XBF Houmaidi O,

I had tried this before, and that is how I got the screenshot of it telling me that I still needed to buy the game. I just tried it again to make sure that nothing has changed and I am still getting the same thing. I also tried to log in to the Mojang side and I got the message that the account has already been migrated. I don't know if that helps any but it is still taking me in the same loop.

If you already own the game on your account, you should not be facing such issue. However, I would suggest getting in touch with our live agents to check your account from their end.

You can requesta call back or live chat on the Xbox support  website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support . Once you get to the virtual agent  just say "Talk to an agent" and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option "Call me back" or "Live chat", which shows the estimated wait time/queue.If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

If you are still unable to get hold of a live agent, try the link below as it will connect you directly to a live agent.

I had this issue too, until I noticed that I'd accidentally made an additional Microsoft account instead of migrating the game to the account that I already had. I've never used outlook, but It's too late to fix I think. Anyway, when I used the info with the outlook email, it let me log in and play again. So make sure you migrated to your existing account, otherwise you probably did what I did and created another one accidentally. The UI is kinda bad, but it seems to work.

Wait, if this is what I was experiencing, does my worlds on that "Glitched" Minecraft/Microsoft Acc save, because I did over a 100 days on a world in that account and it is saying I need to buy Minecraft to "experience" it fully. I have the same world on the other Minecraft Acc and when I migrated it, it duplicated that world into my Minecraft/Microsoft Acc.

I have migrated as well and even though I have owned minecraft for years, I have to buy it again just because I migrated to this outlook account. I am very frustrated and need help getting my account back, because it's basically gone if I have to buy it again.

I have had a similar problem except mine keeps telling me I can play the full version of Java on my other account, only problem is that was the account I migrated and I can't access it anymore. So now it is telling me that after migrating I have to buy it again.
